This new IAEA report is not good…

5th round of US-Iran talks last Friday did not seem to yield any results, despite Trump promising on Sunday and then again on Tuesday that there would be a breakthrough within days.

Iran’s foreign ministry has repeatedly denied that an interim agreement has been reached, even in principle, despite repeated insinuations by Washington that this is the case.

Tomorrow, Sunday, is the deadline for Trump’s 60-day ultimatum to reach an agreement with Iran.

The new IAEA report reveals that Iran has continued to enrich uranium to 60% throughout its negotiations with Washington and is concealing nuclear activities occurring at new, hidden nuclear sites.

With the EU threatening to enforce snapback sanctions, Iran has all but promised that it would begin to weaponize.

Looks like we may be inevitably pushed into a war, would be difficult for negotiations to recover after this report…

Hours ago, Ukraine’s SBU launched a surprise drone attack called “Operation Web” from inside Russian territory. Ukraine claims to have destroyed 41 strategic aircraft, including nuclear-capable Tu-22 and Tu-95 bombers, at three airbases throughout Russia.

If this number is legitimate then Ukraine just destroyed 1/3 of Russia’s strategic aircraft in one operation.

Trump’s 60 day deadline expired yesterday and Iran just categorically rejected the US proposal after 5 rounds of negotiations…

Last week, the IAEA found that throughout this process, Iran has been steadily increasing its supply of 60% enriched uranium.

It’s just as I said from the very beginning— despite all of the best intentions, wishful thinking, good faith and positive feelings towards negotiations on both sides, the two positions are irreconcilable.

What’s more— with pressure mounting on Trump from inside his government, the Senate, and Israel, as well as the prospect of sabotage or a false flag, there is no time or flexibility to overcome decades of distrust and hostility between the US and Iran in general, and Trump and Khamenei in particular.

Unless Trump does something extraordinary, the interested parties will prevail in sabotaging these talks.
